The rested hands of the elderly woman during the "cutting of rampies" , who traditionally leads and guides participants in prayer during the 'Oeker' , imbuing the ceremony with a sense of reverence and community.

'Oeker,' is the ceremonial practice of smoking infusion, particularly involving the aromatic leaves of orange or lemon, plays a significant role during the "cutting of rampies" ceremony. This ritual is integral to the preparation of fragrant sachets, which are crafted from floral materials and infused with the essence of rose oil. As participants engage in this time-honored tradition, they meticulously cut the leaves, allowing their natural fragrances to be released and envelop the surroundings.
