There are different rules and regulations in different cultures, and how they have fun or get together is unique and beautiful. Unity and love are common. Culture is what shapes an individual. What is a person without culture? How have people lost their religion just to be someone else? The reason why some of us are lost is because we forgot our roots, where we truly belong. Let's all together embrace ourselves through our culture. How beautiful it is when you finally acknowledge what you were looking for was within you, which is your culture, what you were born into. If that is one thing no one can take away from you, it is the beautiful culture you were born into. Fancy your culture!

Let the world know the beauty that is in your culture. Let's fight for our heritage, for that is who we truly are. Embracing one's roots and cultural identity is by unity and love among diverse cultures. Preserving heritage through traditions, attire, and music, let's educate each other. Let's be free, just like the bird on the Zimbabwean Flag, and love each culture so we can make it one. Wherever people work together, there is always uniqueness and success that comes from that. In my culture, we express joy in different ways: through how we wear, the food we eat, and our flag, which represents the true nature of being Zimbabwean.

We dance to show our gratitude when our families succeed and honor our different religions and not say bad things against our different religions but try to see what is unique in those religions. We have the best fruits and maize; I love the food with all my heart, especially sadza (maize meal). It makes me feel like a true Zimbabwean. When you know who you are, you are confident; you spread love, you embrace, you make peace, you encounter struggles for love spread through culture. What I mean is one plate of your culturally dish will enlighten someone else, and it will unity nations. And what is a nation when itʼs not united? That is culture. Letʼs be different and unique, and letʼs be the sunlight of a better future through culture. We are Muslims, we are Xhosaʼs, we are Zimbabweans, etc., but what matters is when we unite, we make a difference.

Letʼs not separate because of different cultures but letʼs build our nation with different cultures and make it one. That is what the true meaning of heritage is to me. And in that way, we will teach our new generation how to love and share love to other people, whether from anywhere they come from, so we can change the generational curse and be different. Come together, my people, letʼs dance in heritage and smile in culture.

Mayithabasa! (Thank you)
